CARDHyperOva®(日本專利No.5927588)是一種超排卵試劑(ultra-superovulation reagent)
與傳統的超排卵誘導法(PMSG-hCG法)相比,可以更高效地誘導排卵。
按照常規方法,我們平均只能獲得每隻小鼠大約20個卵子(C57BL / 6J);
然而,使用CARDHyperOva®,我們可以獲得多達3-4倍的卵子。
